Environmental Action Center

The Environmental Action Center is dedicated to protecting and improving natural areas and building healthier communities by ensuring that sources of air and water pollution comply with local, state and federal regulations. Our initiatives include efforts to improve both regulatory oversight and industry standards in the areas of oil and gas exploration and production, industrial stormwater and CAFOs. The public has already voiced its intent for environmental protection through our nation’s laws: we follow Abraham Lincoln’s credo that “law without enforcement is just good advice.”
