Environmental Committee IHEID

Since 2010, the Environmental Committee (EC) has been led by graduate students at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID). The EC works as a forum for environmental discussions both at the Graduate Institute and in international Geneva. We work for a greener campus together with the administration and the city of Geneva. The EC has been engaging students in numerous activities since its start-up, including participating in Sustainability Week, Geneva Peace Week and more. We organize debates, panel talks, excursions, film screenings and other events that raise awareness about environmental issues and provide opportunities for constructive dialogue and networking.
