Providing third party Permitting Procedures for Job tasks in the DG Industry including Hot Works, Confined Space, Heights, Excavation... Don was the creator of the "Dangerous Goods-Hazmat Global" in 1999, a not-for-profit Group which is co-moderated with Dr. David Ritchie from Glasgow, SCT. In 2018 the Group comprises over 600 members representing over 60 countries in our small world. The Group is supported by ISCO [International Spill Control Organisation] in Scotland and JOIFF [Joint Oil Industry Fire Forum] based in Ireland.
