Based in Richmond, Virginia, ESC provides consulting services that prioritize the public good and sustained environmental quality. As technical experts for community organizations that are concerned with both site contamination and cleanup, our services are often solicited through TAG and TAPP grants issued by the US government as well as other state and local petitions for expertise in hazardous waste and site remediation.
