VISION: To create an inclusive society where the disadvantaged have confidence in their own abilities.
MISSION: To transform lives through inculcating a positive mindset and realisation of each individual's potential in pursuit of their dreams.
The aims of EO Horizons are to bring about awareness and knowledge about the Deaf community to the rest of the world and help Deaf to better integrate into mainstream society and to be accepted for who they are.
We hope to promote deaf awareness, education/instruction, empowerment and passion through courses, seminars/talks & workshops, performances and other avenues. Also, we hope to develop and support the Deaf arts scene in Singapore.
