My teaching methods are inclusive, catering to different learning styles to ensure all students can keep pace with the course.2) Curriculum Development: I assist in developing and updating the curriculum, incorporating the latest research and developments in the field of Deaf studies and sign language.3) Assessment: I evaluate student performance through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their signing skills and cultural understanding.4) Student Support: I offer one-on-one support to students, helping them overcome any difficulties they may encounter in learning SgSL. I also provide guidance on how to use SgSL outside of the classroom context.5) Promotion of Deaf Culture: As an Adjunct Lecturer, I also promote awareness and understanding of Deaf culture among students and broader academic community. I strive to foster an environment that respects and appreciates the richness of Deaf culture and SgSL.6) Continuing Education: To stay updated in my field, I regularly participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars related to Deaf studies and sign linguistics.

+ In charge of managing the 55th Anniversary Celebrations event for the Singapore Association for the Deaf. This event was taken place at Jubilee Hall, Raffles Hotel on 10 October 2010.

+ Provided administrative support to two departments, namely Deaf Access Services and Sports & Recreation Committee of the Deaf.+ Involved in the process of survey that would gather statistics on how much the deaf community in Singapore understand different existing sign languages.

+ Trained students with special needs with percussion music for performances every Thursday.

+ Taught hearing-impaired students on music like playing percussion, reading music notation and rhythm every Thursday.
