EOR Research Center is a multidisciplinary research center at Shiraz University with a focus on cutting edge studies on “Enhanced Oil Recovery” techniques, from pore scale to field scale. We conduct various fundamental and theoretical-based research projects with especial attention to requirements of the oil industry based on four main topics:
• Water/Gas EOR Techniques, mechanisms and challenges, from pore scale to field scale
• Asphaltene Precipitation & Deposition
• Environmental EOR Challenges
• Geomechanics/Geochemical in EOR
Our members are the faculty and staff from the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Shiraz University but we have collaboration with other departments as well as other national and international universities and research centers worldwide.
