Eos Biosciences, Inc. is a biotargeted nanomedicines company based in Los Angeles, with worldwide and exclusive rights to a novel and innovative drug-targeting and drug-delivery platform technology developed by scientists at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The technology facilitates the effective delivery of approved and novel therapeutics to disease sites and is based on self-assembling nanobiologic particles called Eosomes, which entrap and encapsulate a chosen therapeutic and specifically deliver it to the interior of the targeted disease cell. Such specific targeting allows for improved efficacy and an improved safety profile for the therapeutic payload and represents a platform approach which can be easily adapted to many diseases and many therapeutic modalities.
