EOS Solutions UK Plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of KG EOS Holdings GmbH & Co based in Hamburg, Germany. The EOS Group is the second largest profit contributor to the Otto Group whose portfolio of multi channel retail businesses includes Freemans, Grattan and Bon Prix in the UK.
Our company has been in operation in its current form since 8th September 1972 and has used the trading styles of Collection Agencies and latterly Logic Group Plc, which was changed in September 2006 to EOS Solutions UK Plc.
Originally a family owned contingent collections agency, Collections Agencies was acquired by what was Deutsche Inkasso-Dienst (DID was the German parent company that rebranded into EOS in 2000) in 1993 and merged with a Scottish Sheriffs agency (Logic Group) in 1999.
