EPEC’s power system engineering team provide specialist services utilising PSCAD, PSS/E, PowerFactory and Hypersim in both EMTP and RMS domains for studies from pre-enquiry to connection application and registration phases. Working in collaboration with our engineering team, EPEC’s delivery team routinely test and commission inverter-based systems including activities such as establishing the commissioning management plan, R2 hold point testing, and high voltage switching including all coordination with client trading desks, market operator dispatchers, network service provider control rooms, and asset managers. As a licensed electrical contractor EPEC typically carry out services under consultancy service, EPCM, and EPC agreements. EPEC also provides Market Modelling services, SCADA services and Hardware (HIL) in the Loop Services.
