Ephori impact (tidligere Velferdsfinans) har siden 2015 jobbet for å utvikle det sosiale investeringsmarkedet i Norge. Vår visjon er at alle gode løsninger på samfunnsutfordringer skal finansieres på en slik måte at potensialet realiseres.
Vår hovedinnsats har vært innføring av effektkontrakter I Norge. Vi jobber for at effektkontrakter skal bli en supplerende måte å finansiere sosiale tiltak – fordi vi tror det kan føre til mer forebygging, bedre finansiering av frivillig-ideelle organisasjoner og sosiale entreprenører, bedre samfunnsøkonomi og bedre sosiale resultater for utsatte grupper i Norge innen blant annet helse, utdanning, eldreomsorg og integrering.
Ephori impact er et ideelt AS. Vi er medlem av blant annet; SoCentral, Senter for sosialt entreprenørskap og innovasjon, Nordic Social Impact Bond Network og European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA).

Ephori impact (formerly Velferdsfinans) has since 2015 worked to develop the social investment market in Norway. Our vision is that all good solutions to societal challenges are financed in such a way that its potential impact is realized.
Our main effort has been to introduce effektkontrakter (Social impact bonds) in Norway. We are working to make Social impact bonds a supplemental way of financing social efforts - because we believe it can lead to more preventive efforts, better financing for nonprofits and social entrepreneurs, savings to the public and better results for marginalized groups within areas such as health, criminal care, education and elderly care.
