EPi BioScale® was born from the alliance between Pivert, iTak Strategies and ESCOM Chemistry to create the bioprocesses development accelerator.
The strategic stakes of industrial bio-manufacturing are recognized for their impact against global warming and the depletion of non-renewable resources. The awareness of these issues has supported their development, particularly in agriculture and food, energy and the emergence of green chemistry. Nevertheless, many hurdles remain, such as access to funding and the lack of fluidity in relations between public organizations and corporations, hence hindering their growth in Europe.
EPi BioScale® was born from this observation and combines the complementary expertise of its members to accelerate the valorization of different biomass sources via innovative bioprocesses, thus providing a global solution to customers and partners.

Through EPi BioScale®, the deployment of a more agile green chemistry, promoting the use of renewable natural resources, is privileged and reinforced.
