EPIC Leadership Training

EPIC is a multifaceted leadership program that can be executed virtually that utilizes live, small group coaching, mentoring, lunch with leaders, ask the expert, and micro-learning in a 5-month program that only takes about 7 total hours a month. This program is designed for ambitious professionals ready to take the next step in their career. It is part of an APEX training, #1 award-winning LD&E portfolio. You will advance quickly in your ability to communicate clearly, be less reactive and more strategic, make better business decisions, master your time, and learn how to build rapport and trust quickly with stakeholders. You will be supported with hands-on mentoring and advanced client services throughout your EPIC journey. This program is popular with organizations and chambers that want to identify their most ambitious team members and quickly train them to advance in their leadership skills. With cohorts no larger than 20-30 participants and small group sessions with no more than 10.
