EPIC Monetary Association
The EPIC Monetary Association (EMA) is a non-profit mutual benefit corporation (it has no shareholders). Its sole purpose is to serve and support an association of members by acquiring qualified silver and gold to support EPIC Digital Dollars and to transform the silver and gold into EPIC Digital Dollars.
EMA is the administrator of the EPIC Monetary Network decentralized online EPIC Crypto Banking Software. EMA transforms the qualified silver and gold to EDDs in the Software and trades the EDDs with EDD Members for a national currency.
EMA holds the silver and gold for the benefit of the EDD Members of EMN, but deposits the silver and gold with an independent, licensed, and insured commercial value as the custodian. EMA does not have the right to sll, hypothecate or otherwise transfer, in any manner or form, the acquired silver or gold. The only exception is for the sale of the precious metal to reacquire EDDs.
Membership in EPIC Monetary Network (EMN)
To acquire EDDs and to establish an EDD Savings Account the prospective member must register in the Software and make a contribution to the EPIC Monetary Association.
EPIC Monetary Network Members are able to acquire EDDs in their discretion by trading a national currency, qualified gold, or qualified silver.
