Welcome to EPIC (Enhancing Palliative Care in the ICU)- an EU-Funded project seeking to sustainably improve palliative care for critically ill patients and their loved ones in the ICU. We are working to bring forward a novel palliative care model using telemedicine with the aim of reducing ICU stays and relieving suffering.
EPIC is funded by the European Union's HORIZON Europe research and innovation programme under Grant number 101137221, the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) under contract number 24.00021 (Enhancing Palliative Care in ICU- EPIC), and through UK Research and Innovation Horizon Europe guarantee.
