"Start with the end in mind" EPiC Solutions is a partnership between CCI Inc. and Midwest Pipelines to deliver a turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solution to major pipeline projects. EPiC believes that project execution and design development benefits from the engagement of construction personnel who are actively involved in constructing the type of facilities being designed. We recognize a need to integrate construction expertise into project development and design as early as possible in the project life cycle, and sustain that engagement through all design and planning phases. The traditional paradigm of engineering leading project development frequently does not provide a truly optimum outcome... We want to change that paradigm.
