EpicU is a free programming trade school (it will always be free to students and is a 501(c)3 organization).
The program is 1 year. The first 3 months are full-time classroom based learning. The next 9 months are part-time classroom and a full-time, paid apprenticeship at one of our Dallas-based partner companies.
Classes are held in Dallas at our Valley View location.
A new class of 20-30 students will start every quarter.
The first class starts January 31, 2015.
This is a merit-based program. No consideration is given based on need. Students will be expected to complete all assignments to a high standard or be asked to leave.
Graduates can expect to be Junior Developers by the end of the program.
Alumni will be asked to give back to future students by teaching or mentoring.
