One of the main functions performed by epiCura is that of a Carer Search and Selection Agency recognised by the Ministry of Labour. epiCura's support to the family ranges from selecting the right professional figure, to dealing with all the bureaucratic formalities. epiCura relies only on experienced staff with demonstrable references, takes care of all the documents for recruitment, and then processes and manages payroll. A telephone helpline is available to the family seven days a week, with dedicated family tutors. In case of prolonged accidents, resignation or dismissal for cause, epiCura helps the family to identify possible replacements.
