Epiphany Wellness

Epiphany Wellness was born out of the necessity for a new way of looking at illness, disease, health and wellness. Over the last few years, we have seen a significant shift in thought – moving from reacting to disease to focusing on prevention and holistic living. With the increasing lack of faith in “traditional” medicine, many people are looking for alternative ways to care for their health and the health of their families. People are realizing the effects of toxic chemicals and foods, stress, and poor habits in our daily lives and are looking for guidance on how to regain and maintain a high quality of health and an even higher quality of life. Natural, holistic health has at its core the philosophy of looking at a person as a whole unit, not just a specific set of symptoms. A person is made up of physical, mental and spiritual components, and in order to fully realize wellness you have to address all three of those areas. Our goal at Epiphany Wellness is to develop relationships that are long-lasting and genuine, and to serve as a guide on your path to wellness - whatever that path may be. No two people are exactly alike, and no two paths are alike. Rest assured that your needs will be carefully assessed and you will be an active participant in your plan of action. We take the time to listen, explain, educate and motivate that is often lacking and we have found these to be some of the most important factors in creating and adhering to a healthy plan of action.
