Epiphase, LLC (Oregon) was founded April 2020 to achieve three goals: (1) Establish a USA SiC epitaxy foundry to serve early stage companies and research institutions requiring best SiC (3 kV+) epitaxy and deliver highest quality epitaxy for emerging digital SiC (2) Share our experience and knowledge as consultants to the SiC community via our December 2020 Report re SiC materials ~ 80% of bare die on wafer SiC semiconductor cost today, including notes on leading edge implant and anneal (3) Contribute to R&D in areas where we have proven experience and knowledge Our global network includes leading edge tool vendors, process developers, scientists, and engineers committed to 10x growth in SiC products this decade to enhance global electrification and help slow climate change.
