epitopic GmbH is providing epitope mapping even for antibody mixtures/serum using minimal amounts of material. It all started as a ‘weird’ idea by one of the founders more than 20 years ago but lacked today’s NGS and computing capabilities. Now statistical peptide phage display has been developed into a fully validated and rapid method to determine the epitopes even of all antibodies in complex mixtures.
