The European Plotkin Institute for Vaccinology (EPIV) is a joint initiative of the Université libre de Bruxelles and the University of Antwerp, supported by the Belgian Federal Government. The EPIV at ULB brings together research teams in immunology and microbiology to help in the development and evaluation of vaccines against pandemic and epidemic pathogens.
