Epiverse TRACE

Epiverse is a global collaborative network dedicated to developing digital public goods and strengthening data science infrastructure to enhance public health preparedness and response. We focus on creating and deploying open-source software tools for data analysis in health emergencies. This initiative brings together leaders in data science and epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, the Medical Research Council in The Gambia, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de los Andes, and data.org, with funding from The Rockefeller Foundation, Wellcome, and IDRC Canada. Our Vision To build a global, inclusive, and collaborative ecosystem that empowers public health and data science communities to co-create innovative, scalable, and impactful data analytics tools for epidemic preparedness and response. Our Mission We foster an interconnected environment where users, data scientists, public health professionals, researchers, and policymakers collaborate to develop open-source tools, share knowledge, and build capacity for data-driven decision-making in public health.
