EPMB Law Office

The roots of our law office can be traced back to the 1950s, reaching 70 years of legal tradition. Evangelos Bitsaxis (1919-1984) a prominent lawyer, economist and writer was the founder of the office. The next generation has been following his steps. Panos Bitsaxis since 1979 and Achilleas Bitsaxis since 1983 have been heads of two separate law offices with different legal and professional orientation. Panos Bitsaxis specialized in criminal law, handled European Court of Human Rights cases and practiced law in Greek courts during these years, while Achilleas Bitsaxis turned his attention to corporate and banking law. EPMB is the legal title of our law office, composed from the initials (E) Evangelos Bitsaxis (P) Panos Bitsaxis (M) Marina Bravou-Bitsaxis and (B) (Bitsaxis, our common surname). Evangelos, the third generation, broadened the horizons of our office and expanded our activities in the representation of international businesses and contract law with special reference in real estate, building on our experience of several decades. Since the establishment of our office in 1955, our presence in everyday law is continuous and well-known, having handled a wide variety of cases that citizens and legal entities have entrusted us. Many of these cases have caught the attention of the public and have been the point of reference in Greek and European case law. Nowadays our office along with its team of senior and junior associates and a wide network in Greece and abroad can cover all the needs for any individual or legal entity in all the fields of legal practice. Always in accordance with the demanding international standards, our office is certified for the provision of high quality services in conformance with the ISO Quality Management System (ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015), subject to a yearly inspection by EQA.
