Engineering Project Management Consultancy and Research (EPMCR) is an IIT Madras incubated firm formed with a vision “to enable a quality Indian Infrastructure development within time and budget through our Engineering, Project Management, Research and Training Services. EPMCR offers Engineering and Project Management consultancy services in Building Infrastructure, Industrial Infrastructure, Transportation Infrastructure and Water Infrastructure. EPMCR is professionally managed by Mr.P.S.Mukundan and Mr.S.Kavinkumar under the mentorship of Dr. Koshy Varghese, , Civil Engineering Department of IIT Madras. Mr. P.S.Mukundan is a Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with M.Tech in Environmental Engineering from IIT-Madras. He has served CPWD for more than 20 years and has rich experience in Structural engineering and Plumbing design. Mr. S. Kavinkumar is a Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with M.Tech in Construction Technology & Management from IIT-Madras. He has served for about 8 years in Larsen & Toubro and has rich experience in the construction of urban infrastructure like Roads, Bridges & Flyovers, Financial planning and Strategic planning.
