Epoch Lasers

Epoch Lasers is the founder of High Powered Therapeutic Lasers with the first generation lasers manufactured in 2003. Our patented laser technology was designed by a team of product engineers and therapists with over 50 years combined therapeutic laser experience. Manufactured in the US, we focused on creating an effective healing modality using the proper laser wavelength, power levels and microelectronics to maximize treatment success. A high powered therapeutic laser is one of the fastest, most effective modalities therapists currently have to treat pain, inflammation and accelerate the healing process. Treatment times typically range between 8 and 15 minutes, are non-invasive and can significantly reduce pain and inflammation often within the first or second treatment. The Epoch-980 affects healing on a cellular level. During treatment, light is absorbed by the chromophores in the mitochondrial membrane. This in turn signals the mitochondria to produce ATP (cellular energy) and NO (nitric oxide), a process known as photobiomodulation. With an increase of ATP and NO, a vasodilator, cells are able to regain functions of repairing and regenerating tissue which can often be hindered under high levels of inflammation. The Epoch-980 is our 4th generation laser and has been used for over 18 years for the treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions, soft tissue injuries, including sprains, strains, disc problems, as well as for a wide range of inflammatory conditions, peripheral neuropathy, tendinitis, bursitis, and capsulitis. The Epoch Laser system can be used as a stand-alone treatment and has also proven effective when paired with a comprehensive treatment plan.
