Founded in 2004 by geologists, Bill and Liz Armstrong, Epoch is an ultra-premium producer of wines made from Rhone, Bordeaux, and Spanish varieties grown on their three west Paso Robles estate vineyards: Paderewski, Catapult, York Mountain. Winemaker, Jordan Fiorentini, carefully crafts these highly rated wines, frequently scoring between 95 and 100 points, using sustainable practices. Epoch's historic tasting room is located off 46 West in Templeton and is open daily by appointment from 10AM to 4PM
