The agency was founded in 2006 by few professionals, each with more than 10 years of experience in the field. The Strategic Planning Director, Client Relations Director, the Creative Director, the Art Director and most of the account managers as well, bring their knowledge and experience to EPP from the longtime experience in local branch offices of world-wide agencies (Lowe, Mc Ericsson, Ogilvy).
At the moment, the team is composed of 19 dedicated professionals skilled in many advertising domains including: advertising, strategic marketing and planning, marketing and consumer research, graphic design, event management and promotions.

- Our account management team consists of director, to offer strategic consultancy, a manager, to oversee the day-to-day running and an executive to handle administrative responsibilities.
- Our account planning team uses all possible research techniques to secure a precise consumer insight and help the creative's to develop relevant solutions for the brand, the market environment and the consumers.
- Our creative team consists of director, a leader of team who uses versatile techniques to secure development of functional creative solutions, an art director to apply best possible aesthetic and graphic designers to implement likable creative solutions.
- In addition to the in-house team, we have a wide range of contacts with specialist consultants, enabling us to offer expert communication advice.
Our BTL account management team consists of director who had his first promotion in 1998, account managers with extensive field experience and assistants who are ready for support 24/7.
- The promoters list consist of over 100 experienced promoters always willing to accept new challenges and targets, as well as over 30 promo managers/supervisors who are always prepared to what's necessary for realization of the project objectives.
