EPP is global boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm founded in 2011 and since 2016 has been supporting the high growth tech industry in Cambridge through EPPTech. EPPTech advise a wide variety of organisations at different stages of their corporate journey from startup – through Series A, B and C funding – to IPO. We work with entrepreneurs, founders and CEOs and global investor groups that include VC and PE funds. We have experience working in electronics, healthtech, fintech, software development, consumer/retail and technology and we have a strong track record working with spinout ventures from corporations and academic institutions in a myriad of industries and sectors.
