Welcome to Epponomy Young people in underserved communities around the world are being left behind, cut off from access to technology, mentorship, and life-changing opportunities. This rural-urban opportunity gap continues to widen, limiting their potential to thrive, lead, and shape their future. Epponomy is building a movement of trained community youth workers who deliver tech, sport, life skills, and mentorship programs at the grassroots level. Through a decentralized model and strategic partnerships, we create accessible learning hubs and youth programs that unlock potential and inspire growth. Since 2018, we’ve impacted lives through tech clubs in schools, football development programs, and youth centers where learning meets leadership. From the classrooms in Jos to the pitches of Ilorin, we’re creating scalable, repeatable models of community transformation. And we’re just getting started. Epponomy is reimagining youth development locally rooted globally relevant.
