Formed in 2005, EPS Commissioning Ltd are specialists in High Voltage system commissioning and installation of High Voltage Switchgear, Industrial, Primary and Grid substations from 11kV to 132kV.
We offer a complete service for high voltage systems from initial installation of switchgear, through to final commissioning and periodic testing of protection schemes.
We have an extremely knowledgeable team of Commissioning Engineers who are familiar with the whole range of protection devices available on the market today. This includes the Siemens Argus, Delta & Duobias ranges, the entire MiCOM Range, P&B Relays, GE Multilin relays, GEC Midos Relays, K Series Relays, Schneider Sepam and Siemens Siprotec Range.
Our senior engineers are all qualified to Honours degree level in electrical engineering and hold valid WPD authorisation up to and including 132KV Grid sites.
We have a wide base of customers including major switchgear manufacturers such as ABB, Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd and Schneider Electric UK Ltd to UK Distribution Network Operators (DNO) such as Western Power Distribution, Scottish & Southern and UK Power Networks. We have also carried out protection commissioning work on behalf of WPD, Carillion, Morrison Utility Services in the electricity supply industry.
