We work with organisations to help position their workforce to be properly prepared to take on the jobs of the future, and to help their employees to improve their current workplace performance and emotional well-being. Traditionally, companies have relied on the use of IQ testing and personality profiling to assess potential of existing employees. Very few companies have considered Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessment and improvement facilitation as an alternative means of improving workplace performance. Unfortunately, both IQ and personality are static measurements, meaning that they do not change much – if at all – over time. On the other hand, EQ is dynamic, meaning that it can be improved by means of continuous development.
