EQ Leader Hub is designed to provide support and resources in a more human leadership style, recognising the difficulties faced by leaders and the need to have straightforward methods to approach people. Steeped in behaviours and self awareness, EQ Leader Hub aims to be the place to turn to to support your leadership journey. I’m Vichy, I’ve been a leadership development specialist for many years, having worked in board rooms and teams I have seen and experienced many forms of leadership, both good and bad, ineffective and highly effective. I understand what the leader needs to understand and get the best out of their team, likewise I know how a team functions and what that means for output and motivation.
