This Wellbeing framework focuses on five pillars of; Mental, Physical, Social, Existential and Financial elements of an individuals' wellbeing in the work environment, as approved by Harvard. A customised strategy can be designed off the back of the data to maximise the workforce engagement spend as well as driving increased retention and engagement. The output of this data allows us to run a Lab with Leaders to help them to understand what the workforce need and define what Wellbeing means to your company. From there we conduct quarterly pulse checks to ensure the strategy is being implemented successfully and coach relevant leaders along the way to ensure they are enabling the Wellbeing strategy.
