EQiLead inc The Power Quotient Overview
The EQiLead program, designed for both existing teams and groups of individuals, can be integrated into an organisation's leadership development adopting our REINS framework. It is a unique approach to learning by doing, to understanding by experiencing and to connection by feeling. This is a hands on experience with horses (from the ground, no riding) that is like no other - it is not training. It is learning. In a safe and supportive environment, participants are taken on a journey of discovery to better understand and “see’ what EQ (Emotional Intelligence) looks like. Through practical, hands-on experience, each participant will: Explore their leadership style Build a team by understanding the power of collaboration Receive openly dynamic feedback We do this through the lens of The Power Quotient - realising potential through the intersect of Connection and Intention The Power of Connection We connect by opening our eyes, ears and hearts. By communicating authentically. By seeing others as well as seeing ourselves. The power of connection draws its strength from what Daniel Goleman refers to as the 4 quadrants of Emotional Intelligence: Self Awareness Social Awareness Self Management Relationship Management The Power of Intention Intention is the fire that sparks purpose, change and growth.
