As an Executive Director I deliver a broad range of business advisory services, working from both the CBD and South East (Dandenong) office of Pitcher Partners Melbourne. I first joined the firm as a graduate (the only female) before pursuing a consulting career and industry employment in 1994. I returned to the firm in 1999 to review our superannuation offering and within one year was heading up Superannuation Services. I was admitted to the partnership in 2001 - the first "home grown" female partner & first to be admitted within Private Clients (now Private Business and Family Advisory).I work closely with my clients utilising my professional expertise in structuring advice, tax planning, and superannuation and I undertake the coordination of other specialist services to my clients.I am passionate about understanding and defining what success is for my clients and enabling them to achieve it.I completed the Applied Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) with Pitcher Partners Institute (IIEI) in association with the University of Adelaide. I was part of the first cohort and completed my research paper on "What Horses Teach us about Leadership - at an emotional and spiritual level". We are now utilising those learnings and partnering with the horses in leadership workshops for our clients and our people.I also play a key role in our Women in Leadership program and have a strong belief in giving back, including enabling others to have perspective, balance and professional satisfaction.

I acted as Group Accountant/CFO for a diverse manufacturing group which was historically a family owned business. I reported directly to the Board and was responsible for all administration staff. I redesigned the management reporting system and was actively involved in presenting reports to the bank and other financiers. I also assisted the Directors in a share buy back.

I assisted various clients in a consulting capacity in producing meaningful and timely management reports.I was also involved during this time in the motor vehicle sales and repair industry.

Initially involved in Audit of varying sized clients & moved into the Business Services Area building on my audit skills & providing advisory services to clients.
