Following two years of research, EQRAZ Inc. has developed a first-in-North America halal mortgage product - compliant with both AAOIFI (the global standard for Islamic Finance) and Canadian tax, real-estate and other regulations - that offers customers all the features of a typical Canadian 1-5 year renewable (fixed or variable rate) halal mortgage, with all the great product features that such typical conventional mortgages offer. EQRAZ is powered by the best-in-class mortgage industry partners within Canada, and has access to unlimited Canadian-sourced halal funding. We submit ourselves to the highest level of Islamic and Canadian scrutiny required to satisfy all stakeholders (clients, sharia scholars, financiers, and regulators).
