eQtickets is a new player in the South African ticketing market, offering buyers more choice and features when buying tickets. The innovative eQtickets platform, consisting of hardware and software, has been custom developed from the ground up in South Africa by South Africans. Users have a choice of four user-friendly channels to purchase their tickets from, namely online, self-help kiosks, call centre, and SPAR Retail outlets countrywide.
