At Equable Partners, we invest in and acquire B2B software businesses. Whether an investment in or a buyout of the founders, a buyout from a Venture Capital firm or an investment alongside Private Equity in a Management Buy-out, the businesses we invest in have a number of things in common: - selling critical software, tools and systems to large enterprises - usually profitable with recurring revenues and great customer retention - typically too small for traditional Private Equity buyers and not operating in a space where a Venture Capitalist could see high enough return multiples Equable becomes actively involved alongside our capital investments by providing a network of experienced operators and specialist professionals focused on the sustainable growth of B2B software businesses.
