EqualEdge is pioneering change within the UK with its Workplace Support Worker recruitment agency. Our mission is to help disabled people secure and maintain employment with the support of Workplace Support Workers (WPWs). Our online recruitment platform simplifies the hiring process, allowing employed disabled people to recruit vetted and trained personal assistants who provide administrative or professional support in the workplace. EqualEdge manages these recruited support workers. Our services are funded by Access to Work, a crucial grant provided by the Department of Works and Pensions.
