Equality in Business (EiB) is a student-led club based at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Our mission is to create awareness about equality in the business world by actively engaging students about relevant topics in a professional manner, contributing to a future business world that is diverse, inclusive, and fair.
Organizations are about people – and we care about people. EiB defends open-mindedness, trust, profoundness, dedication, and light-heartedness to understand the necessity for a diverse team. Diversity and inclusion contribute to the development of multidimensional decisions, and creative and innovative solutions since we are not restricted by knowledge-bias. We learn how to maximize and take advantage of a diverse team’s skills to its best, how to improve teamwork, and how to motivate different people, through strong communication channels.
