Equal Reality

Equal Reality creates Diversity and Inclusion training in Virtual Reality (VR). Their VR experiences allow you to “walk a mile in someone else’s shoes” to learn what it is like to experience discrimination or inappropriate behavior. The team has released the world’s first Diversity and Inclusion application in VR which became the most popular business application on Viveport (VR App Store) in Australia, the UK, and the US. Government and Corporate organisations are currently leveraging Equal Reality's software and expertise to generate their own customized VR simulations for Diversity, Inclusion and behavior learning. VR training allows you to literally see from the point of view of others, including those of a different gender, race, or ability level. Equal Reality has developed a unique experiential training method that enhances empathy and increases retention of information.
