Equiauto - Joel Pinto, Lda. is a company dedicated to the sale and technical assistance of equipments for car garages and vehicle washing. Founded 38 years ago, it is formed by entirely national capitals and currently has 18 employees. As far as car garage equipment is concerned, the Facom tools stand out, the Ravaglioli lifts, of Italian origin - from the simplest, of two columns, to the most complex, for vehicles with three or more axles and of various tonnages. Within the same brand, Equiauto markets a series of tyre changing, wheel balancing, steering alignment machines, etc. In vehicle washing, Equiauto is also the representative in Portugal of Washtec washing machines, of German origin. From Jet Wash machines for self-service areas, to high-speed washing tunnels, Equiauto provides and advises the equipment that best suits the client's needs. At the moment Equiauto produces its own Jet Wash equipaments that were certified, with the name Handywash and started the commercialization of Dog Wash equipments, for dogs washing. Equipped, technically and humanely, to meet the various requests made by the most demanding customers, from the smallest garage to the largest car retailer, Equiauto carries out previous studies, namely simulations of equipment, allowing greater profitability of the area available. A concrete example of the high technology that Equiauto commercializes is the equipment installed both in the Auto-Europa car factory, in Palmela, and in the Portuguese Railways, in Santa Apolónia station.
