Equilibrium Mental Health aspires to strengthen the emotional and behavioral wellbeing of clients, while collaborating with them on their journey toward a life worth living. EMH celebrates the tradition of scientifically-driven mental health care and advocacy, providing direct clinical care, supervision, and training to clients and the professional community alike. We offer comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) to children, adolescents, and their families. Services are provided in person or through a secure telebehavioral health platform. EMH clinicians adopt an actively antiracist stance and seek to understand the world through cultural humility.
EMH provides an array of evidence-based treatments to address different conditions across the lifespan. Commonly treated mental health conditions include suicidal behaviors, self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and other problems related to pervasive emotion dysregulation. Mental health services are offered to children, adolescents, families, and adults. We are also a trauma-informed provider, recognizing the impact of life’s most stressful situations on an individual’s welfare.
The EMH team is dedicated to clinical excellence and the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed. Trauma treatments include Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Other treatment options are available, and clients can benefit from a range of individual, family, group, and multi-family group treatment options.
