Equine Leadership Program

Sabine Niederberghaus is the Founder and CEO of the Equine Leadership Program (ELP) in Topanga, California. This program helps corporations and families alike instill confidence and improve communication, enabling the healing world of horses to help individuals in every area of their lives - from empowerment and leadership in business to better family communication, parenting, and inner peace. A unique alternative to equine therapy, Sabine guides her clients through bonding and trust-building exercises with the horses to build leadership and interpersonal skills.
