Equity Engine is a membership only only community designed to build the capacity of NHS, academic, and non-profit teams to engage underserved communities in more inclusive, effective, and ethical ways. We know that community engagement often feels like a tick-box exercise. But when it’s done right, it becomes a powerful force for building trust, improving access, and advancing health equity. That’s where Equity Engine comes in. Our programme moves beyond theory. We equip you with practical tools, real-world frameworks, and culturally responsive strategies that can be applied across health research, service design, and policy development. Whether you’re running a local outreach project or leading national programmes, Equity Engine helps you embed inclusive, community-led engagement into your everyday work.
