The business behind Equity Release HQ has been running since 2008, providing independent advice to thousands of customers across a range of mortgage and protection products. Our mortgage advice business, HQ Mortgage & Finance Ltd, entered the equity release market in 2020 making use of the considerable experience and qualifications held by a handful of our team members. In 2022, after excellent success with our equity release offering, we launched Equity Release HQ as its own brand, allowing us to help even more people and focus more attention on developing the service we offer our clients. Our small team of experts are now able to focus their attention on the needs of our equity release customers and provide a hands-on, supportive service, from the initial consultation all the way through to completion and beyond.
