Equity Residences is a luxury vacation residence fund for accredited investors. Our Partners invest in a portfolio of homes in prime locations with high potential for appreciation. At the end of the 10-year investment period, we sell the homes and our investors recoup the initial investment plus any investment gains. In the meantime, our Partners have access to our luxury vacation residences, plus hundreds of others through our affiliates. Our first Fund, the Equity Villa Fund, is closed to new investors. The Villa Fund residences have appreciated over 50% since inception. Currently we are accepting new accredited investors into our second fund, the Equity Platinum Fund.
