About EquityEd
EquityEd is a student-led initiative that started in the Summer of 2023 by compiling opportunities into a shared Notion database also made accessible via PDF within partner schools. Now you can access it at anytime, at no cost. A common theme within most state-funded schools is that opportunities often feel scarce to find. However, from this initiative, we want to show you that opportunities are abundant as long as students are proactive. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to pay money to access amazing opportunities. Therefore, we want to remove and reduce barriers that comes with accessing opportunities: EquityEd will always be free and accessible to all. This initiative is currently funded by students. EquityEd is built by state-school students, for state-school students; we have also faced barriers that you may currently be facing.
