Our mission is to create a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem by empowering founders from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds at the University of Cambridge. We aim to reduce the capital gap by providing the resources, mentorship, and investment they need to succeed.

Our goal is to back 20+ ventures each year, fostering innovation across a variety of sectors. Our sectors include: Tech, Creative, Consumer & Retail, Environmental & Social Justice, and Healthcare.
We seek ventures that are bold, innovative, and driven by a mission to make a positive impact. At the time of joining, founders must be current students at the University of Cambridge with at least one being from an underrepresented background.
Startups joining our program receive tailored incubation, access to our network of advisors, and strategic investment. We help founders scale their ventures through personalised guidance and market insights.
Our founders join a growing community of diverse entrepreneurs, building relationships with seasoned investors, industry experts, and business leaders across the globe.
We also host an Analyst Programme where the best and brightest can learn to invest with us, and become the next generation of investment professionals.
